I haven’t had the balls to try the purple shade yet, but Magic Brownie is truly magic. The lipstick comes in two shades, Magic Brownie, a gorgeous ’90s brown made to complement every skin tone, and Angel Rave, a cool purple. It doesn't dry down completely but still stays put, even under a mask, and has a pretty, blurred, velvet finish. Mouth Cloud has that whipped-mousse texture, so while it's technically a liquid lipstick, it doesn't have that horrible dry, tight feeling. I love that there's no mess from glue, and I lost only one gem on my inner corner after several hours of wear (I think my sunglasses were to blame).įor lips, Davy created two lip kits, each consisting of the Mouth Cloud liquid lipstick and Sculptitude double-ended liners. While I wasn't quite as fast as her, when I practiced on my own later, it was extremely easy to precisely apply the gems with the tweezers, even under my lower lashes. To go with them, she created the Adornment Tweezers, which are specially created with flat ends so they are eye-safe.ĭavy applied about 12 gems to each of my eyes in less than a minute-it was truly remarkable to watch. The gems are self-adhesive for easy application, though Davy recommends securing them with a little lash glue if you have something extremely sweaty planned. Each sheet comes with several sizes of gem, but the smallest are smaller than what's typically available, which was one Davy's challenges while filming season one. What is a Euphoria-inspired makeup line without gemstones? Half Magic's gems come in a classic iridescent glimmer, bold matte neon, and cool metallic spikes. One-color lids are all the rage right now and Kat’s money green look has just claimed the top spot on my mood board.Bella Cacciatore Face Gems and Adornment Tweezers I added a little green shadow on my waterline and packed on a mint green glitter shadow all over my lids for a fairy-like finish. When I felt like there was enough on my lids, I blended out the shadow with a deep brown and brought the color above my crease to create a slight gradient. I started off by priming my lids with a white base before packing on a bright green eyeshadow. So I attempted to coat my lids in money green like Kat. Kat is the rebel of the cast and her makeup is basically a middle finger to anything deemed “glam makeup.” Glam isn’t always soft pinks and browns: it can also be a sharp, thick winged liner, a deep red lipstick with a darker liner, or my favorite Kat look-glittery green eyelids. But my makeup spirit animal is easily Kat. There’s Jules, who plays a lot with vibrant eyeshadows and liners Maddy’s always covered in rhinestones and Rue really, really loves glitter. "The characters in my latest obsession Euphoria are unhinged, fearless, and hella dramatic-and their makeup looks are no different. Finish with strip lashes by House of Lashes.Secure with clear brow gel or Aerogel hairspray. Keep your brows free from any heavy filling, and brush them straight up.I like to keep a peachy nude lip with Maddy’s blinged-out eyes, but experiment with darker nudes and lip liners.Use any white (clear-drying) eyelash glue to attach rhinestones of any shape or size to your eyelids, lash line, eyebrows or all of the above.Use small pointy q-tips to help make corrections. Be patient! Perfect winged liner is really hard. Apply this with a slanted flat eyeliner brush.Use any cream pot black eyeliner, but Davy's team used Chanel for Maddy. Add black winged liner if you need to be fierce.Let the crease breathe, and if you’re going to define it, do it with rhinestones (from Amazon!). This is NOT about defining the crease with a darker color.
